“AMAZING! Jamie McKnight is an inspiring Jacob Mercer, with so much charm, you can’t help but fall a little bit in love! He and Brittany Rae Robinson make the perfect team for Tweed & Company Theatre’s presentation of Salt Water Moon. Don’t miss this show!”

-Lacy Meeks, The Tweed News

“Brittany and Jamie should be on Broadway or the TO stage….they are that good! Quick snappy dialogue that has you laughing and leaves you crying! Going back tonight!”

-Don, Tweed

“I just wanted to drop you a quick line and let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed Salt Water Moon.  In fact, my friend Donna said she liked it even better than the Factory Theatre production we had seen in March!  Very heart felt, touchingly sentimental.  It was wonderfully acted.  Please keep me informed of future endeavours.”

-Norma, Toronto

It was a wonderful performance–full of life and painful honesty that only truly professional actors can carry straight across the boards to an audience.”

-D’thea, Tweed

“I loved the show, the performances and music were outstanding and I look forward to the next one!   Thank you for your tireless work to bring exceptional productions to our community!  It enriches all our lives.”

-Mike Bossio, MP Hastings-Lennox and Addington

This play should not be missed!”

-Bill, Belleville

“Tim Porter and Tweed & Company Theatre have another major hit! Stellar performances by Brittany Robinson and Jamie McKnight made for a night of laughter and tears. Salt Water Moon taps into the quaintness and honesty of the Newfoundlander… Both Brittany and Jamie mastered the accent giving way to a fast paced dialogue with many a quip that had the audience sharing many a laugh. At $20.00 a ticket you will be hard pressed to find better value for your entertainment dollar. Don’t miss this play….. And a great big thank you to our own Peter R. Snell for his musical talents and to Amy Marie Wallace who knows how to make a fiddle sing to your heart. A truly awesome performance by all.”

-Don DeGenova, Tweed Council

“It is worth the drive to Tweed for the night to see this play and theatre fans can consider themselves lucky that Tim Porter brought this story to our area.”

“Really enjoyed the show last night and I highly recommend it!  I have seen it twice-the two leads are fantastic – the show is funny and touching.  Coming back on Saturday with some friends!”

-Vicki McCulloch, VMTweed

“The Tweed Theatre Company used the space extremely well and will entertain you from the moment you walk in.  This love story will make you laugh, think and tug at your heart strings.”
